I am only receiving emails from school intermittently...

We have been made aware of an issue whereby certain email accounts do not receive every email sent out via Teachers 2 Parents. This intermittent problem seems particularly acute where the account is linked to Microsoft's filtering software (e.g. Hotmail and Live accounts etc).
Teachers 2 Parents have sent out a set of instructions to try and correct this issue. Please see the document below.
