We are a growing community of parents and teachers who volunteer together over the year to organise events which can support the school’s fundraising goals, to enrich and enhance learning experiences for the children. Over the past year this has included contributing towards a brand new playground for the children, a reading chair, butterfly garden and a brand new IT suite.
Our main fundraising events throughout the year include the annual Christmas and Summer Fairs, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day gift shops, autumn and spring discos, Christmas card sales and the summer ‘Fun Run’. We also put on social events for parents such as the very popular Christmas wreath making workshop and several raffles throughout the year.
We have also developed a not for profit pre-loved uniform recycling shop which is free to use and available for everyone. We receive, sort and re-distribute donations of used uniform, PE kit and bags in good clean condition. We keep a small amount of this uniform regularly re-stocked and available in the school office foyer in labelled boxes, for parents to help themselves.
